About Alison

I always knew I wanted to be a massage therapist. So, after attending school at Cortiva Institute, a prominent and nationally accredited massage therapy school, I turned a lifelong passion into a vocation.

I have continued to learn additional techniques that assist in the healing process and provide me with various tools to incorporate into my practice, including Healing Touch, Pre and Perinatal Pregnancy Massage, and Reiki.

As a Registered Massage Therapist based in northwest Denver and Lakewood, my areas of expertise include: deep tissue, neuromuscular and pregnancy massage, but I incorporate all of my training with each individual situation. I believe I have a knack for being able to “listen” to the physical needs of a person’s muscles. I create a relaxing, peaceful space and work to blend the physical healing with the mental/emotional and spiritual healing.

I understand that in today’s economy, it may not be feasible to include regular massages in your budget. That is why I keep my prices affordable. I believe you should include massage in your wellness plan. After all, doesn’t relaxation, reducing stress and feeling more peace add to your overall well-being?
